1. Pengenalan

Thank you for choosing the HARDELL Mini Cordless Rotary Tool. This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient operation of your new tool. Please read it thoroughly before use and keep it for future reference. This tool is designed for light-duty DIY tasks such as sanding, polishing, drilling, and engraving, and is not intended for heavy-duty professional applications.

  • Wear appropriate personal protective equipment, including safety glasses, gloves, and a dust mask.
  • Ensure your work area is well-lit and clean. Cluttered or dark areas invite accidents.
  • Jauhkan kanak-kanak dan orang ramai semasa mengendalikan alat.

  • Locking Collar: Secures accessories firmly in place.
  • Butang Kunci Spindle: Used to quickly lock the collet for accessory changes. Caution: Do not press when the device is running.

4. Persediaan

4.1 Charging the Tool

Before first use, fully charge the rotary tool. Connect the provided USB Type-C cable to the charging port on the tool and to a compatible USB power source. The LED indicator will show charging status.

The tool features a 3.7V rechargeable battery with a 2000mAh capacity, providing up to 200 minutes of operation on a full charge.

4.2 Memasang Aksesori

Follow these steps to correctly install accessories into your rotary tool:

  1. Press down the spindle locking button and unscrew the nut at the tip of the tool.
  2. Choose the appropriate collet for your accessory's shank size (e.g., 1.6mm or 2.3mm) and insert it into the nut.
  3. Hold the spindle lock button and insert the desired accessory bit into the collet.
  4. Press down the spindle locking button again and screw the nut tightly to secure the accessory.

4.3 Fitting Sanding Bands

To fit a sanding band:

  1. Insert the sanding drum into the collet and tighten the nut.
  2. Loosen the screw of the sanding drum.
  3. Install the sanding band onto the drum.
  4. Press down the spindle lock button and tighten the screw of the sanding drum with the provided wrench.

4.4 Fitting Cutting Discs and Sanding Paper

To fit HSS cutting discs or sanding paper:

  1. Insert the wheel mandrel into the collet and tighten the nut.
  2. Dismantle the screw of the wheel mandrel.
  3. Install the wheel mandrel and assemble the HSS cutting disc or sanding paper.
  4. Press down the spindle lock button and tighten the screw of the wheel mandrel with the provided wrench.

5. Arahan Operasi

5.1 Hidupkan/Mati Kuasa

Press the On/Off button to turn the tool on or off. The tool will remember your last speed setting when reopened.

5.2 Pelarasan Kelajuan

The tool offers 5-speed settings (5000/8000/11000/14000/18000 RPM). Use the Speed Control buttons (+/-) to adjust the rotational speed according to your task and material. Start with a lower speed for delicate work and increase as needed.

5.3 Menggunakan Lampu Kerja LED

6. Penyelenggaraan

Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your rotary tool.

  • Pembersihan: After each use, wipe down the tool with a clean, dry cloth to remove dust and debris. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
  • Penjagaan Aksesori: Clean accessories after use and store them properly to prevent damage. Replace worn or damaged accessories promptly.
  • Storan: Store the tool and its accessories in a dry, clean place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Keep it out of reach of children.
