The Arboleaf Smart Scale is designed to provide comprehensive body composition analysis, including body weight, body fat percentage, lemak viseral, peratus air badantage, muscle mass, bone mass, BMR, BMI, metabolic age, protein, and subcutaneous fat. This digital scale offers both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity for seamless data synchronization with the Arboleaf smartphone application, allowing users to track their health progress over time.

Persediaan
1. Pemasangan Bateri
The Arboleaf Smart Scale requires 1 AAA battery (included). Locate the battery compartment on the underside of the scale. Insert the battery, ensuring correct polarity as indicated inside the compartment. Close the battery cover securely.

2. Muat Turun Aplikasi dan Pendaftaran Akaun
To fully utilize the smart features of your Arboleaf scale, download the official Arboleaf app. Scan the QR code provided on the product packaging or search for "Arboleaf" in your smartphone's app store (available on Apple Health, Google Fit, and Fitbit App). After downloading, register for a new account and create your personal profile dalam apl.

3. Penempatan Skala
Place the scale on a hard, flat surface for accurate readings. Avoid placing it on soft surfaces like carpets or rugs, as this can affect measurement precision.

Arahan Operasi
1. Weighing without the App
After inserting batteries, the scale is ready for basic weight measurement. Simply step onto the scale to turn it on. The display will show "0.00" or "0.0" and then your weight. Step off the scale, and it will automatically turn off after a few seconds.
2. Weighing with the App (Data Synchronization)
Ensure your smartphone's Bluetooth is enabled and the Arboleaf app is open. Step onto the scale. The scale will automatically connect to the app via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi (2.4GHz). Your weight and other body composition data will sync directly to your app profile. Remain still on the scale until the measurement is complete and the digits flash two to three times.

3. Understanding Your Body Metrics
The Arboleaf app provides 14 accurate body data points, including body weight, body fat %, visceral fat, body water %, muscle mass, bone mass, BMR, BMI, metabolic age, protein, and subcutaneous fat. These metrics offer a detailed overview of your health status, helping you to adjust your fitness plan effectively.

4. Tracking Progress
The Arboleaf app allows you to view your daily, weekly, and monthly progress through intuitive graphs and reports. This feature helps you visualize trends and stay motivated on your fitness journey.

Penyelenggaraan
- Pembersihan: Lap permukaan skala dengan damp kain dan detergen ringan. Jangan gunakan pembersih yang kasar atau rendam penimbang di dalam air.
- Storan: Simpan penimbang di tempat yang sejuk dan kering. Elakkan suhu yang melampau atau cahaya matahari langsung.
- Penggantian Bateri: Gantikan bateri apabila penunjuk bateri lemah muncul pada paparan.
Menyelesaikan masalah
- Bacaan Tidak Tepat: Ensure the scale is placed on a hard, flat surface. Avoid moving the scale between measurements. Ensure your feet are clean and dry and positioned correctly on the electrode pads.
- Tiada Isu Paparan/Kuasa: Periksa sama ada bateri dipasang dengan betul dan mempunyai cas yang mencukupi. Gantikan bateri jika perlu.
