5. Persediaan

5.1 Gambarajah Pendawaian

Connect the camera to your flight controller or video transmitter according to the following pinout. Ensure correct polarity to prevent damage.

• VCC: Power Input (typically 5-25V, refer to your flight controller/VTX specifications for compatible voltagdan).

5.2 Pemasangan

The Micro Cat 4 camera is compact, with dimensions of approximately 19mm x 19mm x 19mm. Use the provided bracket screws and gasket rings for secure mounting on your drone frame. Refer to Figure 4.1 for detailed dimensions.

6. Arahan Operasi

6.1 Menghidupkan

Once correctly wired, power on your drone. The camera will automatically activate and begin transmitting video. Ensure your FPV goggles or monitor are set to the correct video standard (PAL/NTSC) and frequency.

6.2 Navigasi Menu OSD

The included OSD board allows you to access and adjust camera settings. Connect the OSD board to the camera's OSD pin. Use the buttons on the OSD board to navigate the menu and change parameters such as:

• Tetapan Pendedahan: Adjust brightness, contrast, and gain.
• Imbangan Putih: Select automatic or manual white balance modes.
• Peningkatan Imej: Configure WDR, noise reduction, and sharpness.
• Format Video: Switch between PAL and NTSC.
• Nisbah Aspek: Toggle between 4:3 and 16:9.

Save your settings before exiting the OSD menu.

6.3 Prestasi Cahaya Rendah

The Micro Cat 4 excels in low-light conditions due to its starlight sensor and large aperture lens. For optimal night flight performance, ensure your OSD settings are configured to enhance low-light visibility, such as appropriate gain and WDR settings. The camera automatically adjusts to extremely low illumination levels (0.00001LUX).

7. Penyelenggaraan

• Pembersihan Kanta: Gently clean the lens with a soft, lint-free cloth and a specialized lens cleaning solution. Avoid abrasive materials that could scratch the lens.
• Storan: Store the camera in a dry, dust-free environment when not in use. Protect it from extreme temperatures.
• Keadaan Persekitaran: The camera is not water-resistant. Avoid exposure to moisture, rain, or high humidity. Operate within the specified temperature range (up to 50°C).

8. Penyelesaian masalah

• Tiada Imej/Skrin Hitam:
  • Check all wiring connections, especially VCC, GND, and VID. Ensure correct polarity.
  • Sahkan bekalan kuasa voltage is within the camera's operating range.
  • Confirm your FPV goggles/monitor are on the correct channel and video standard (PAL/NTSC).
• Poor Image Quality/Flickering:
  • Check for interference from other electronic components.

  • Verify the camera is securely mounted to minimize vibrations.

• Camera Overheating:
  • Ensure adequate airflow around the camera, especially during bench testing.
