When using the vehicle's seat belt, ensure the lap belt is correctly positioned across the child's hips, not their abdomen. The integrated lap belt positioner helps guide the vehicle's lap belt to prevent the child from sliding down during an impact (submarining phenomenon).

4.5 Inner Cushion

For smaller children, use the included inner cushion to provide a snugger and more comfortable fit within the child seat. Remove the inner cushion as your child grows and no longer requires it for a proper fit.
