The Ninja DualBrew Pro Specialty Coffee System offers unparalleled versatility, combining the functionality of a single-serve coffee maker, an iced coffee machine, and a barista-style coffee machine into one compact unit. It supports both coffee grounds and K-Cup pods, providing 9 grounds brew sizes and 4 pod brew sizes (6 to 12 ounces). Users can select from four distinct brew styles: Classic, Rich, Over Ice, and Specialty. An integrated fold-away frother allows for the creation of cappuccinos and lattes, while an independent hot water system with two temperature settings (hot and boil) is perfect for tea, instant soups, or oatmeal. The system utilizes Thermal Flavor Extraction DUO technology to ensure optimal flavor for both grounds and pods through even saturation and precise temperature control.

3. Persediaan
3.1 Initial Placement and Water Reservoir Setup
Place the coffee maker on a clean, dry, and level surface. The 60-ounce multi-position water reservoir can be positioned on either the side or the rear of the machine to best fit your counter space. Ensure it is securely attached.

3.2 First Use Cleaning Cycle
Before first use, it is recommended to run a full cleaning cycle. Fill the water reservoir to the MAX fill line. Place the 12-cup carafe on the warming plate. Select the 'CLEAN' function on the control panel and press 'START BREW'. The machine will run a cycle to clean its internal components. Discard the water after the cycle is complete.

4.1 Brewing Coffee with Grounds
To brew with coffee grounds, ensure the brew basket is properly inserted. Place a paper filter (size 2 fits perfectly, size 4 fits but needs to be squished down) or use the permanent filter. Use the Ninja Smart Scoop to add your desired amount of coffee grounds. The machine supports 5 grounds brew sizes: Small Cup, XL Cup, Travel, XL Travel Mug, and 4 carafe sizes: ¼, ½, ¾, Full Carafe.

4.2 Brewing Coffee with K-Cup Pods
For K-Cup pods, remove the brew basket and insert the K-Cup pod adapter. Place your K-Cup pod into the adapter. The machine supports 4 traditional pod brew sizes: 6, 8, 10, and 12 ounces. The machine brews coffee pods faster than leading competitors upon startup.

4.3 Gaya Brew
Select your desired brew style from the control panel:
- Klasik: For a smooth, balanced cup of coffee.
- Kaya: For a more intense flavor, perfect for adding milk or cream.
- Atas Ais: Designed to brew a concentrated coffee that won't be watered down when poured over ice.
- Kepakaran: Brews a super-rich coffee concentrate ideal for creating lattes, macchiatos, cappuccinos, and other coffeehouse-style drinks.

4.4 Susu Berbuih
The built-in, fold-away frother allows you to create silky-smooth froth from hot or cold milk or milk alternatives. Simply swing out the frother arm, place your cup underneath, and use the frother to aerate your milk. The frother is removable for easy cleaning.

4.5 Independent Hot Water System
The independent hot water system is separate from the coffee dispenser, preventing cross-contamination of flavors. It offers two temperature settings: hot and boil. This system is ideal for preparing tea, instant soups, oatmeal, or hot cocoa.

4.6 Delay Brew Function
To set a delay brew, press the 'DELAY' button on the control panel. Use the 'HR/MIN' buttons to set your desired brew time. Ensure the water reservoir is filled and the appropriate brew basket (grounds or pod adapter) is in place with coffee. The machine will automatically start brewing at the set time.

The warming plate automatically activates for carafe brews to keep your coffee warm. You can also manually activate the 'KEEP WARM' function for a set duration to maintain coffee temperature.

6.1 Isu dan Penyelesaian Biasa
- "Add Water" Error Message: Ensure the water reservoir is filled above the MIN line and properly seated. If using filtered water, ensure the filter is not clogged.
- Coffee Not Brewing/Clogged: Check if the brew basket or K-Cup adapter is correctly inserted and not obstructed by grounds or debris. Perform a cleaning cycle to clear any internal clogs.
- Kopi Lemah: Adjust your coffee-to-water ratio using the Smart Scoop. Try the 'Rich' brew style for a bolder flavor. Ensure fresh coffee grounds or pods are used.
- Bocor: Verify that all removable parts (carafe, brew basket, water reservoir) are correctly seated and not damaged.
