6. Arahan Operasi

The KRAUS WasteGuard KWD100-75MBL is a continuous feed disposal, allowing you to add food scraps while the unit is running.

6.1 Operasi Asas

1. Turn on the cold water faucet to a moderate flow.
2. Flip the wall switch (or air switch) to activate the disposal.
3. Slowly feed food scraps into the sink opening. Use the sink stopper/plunger to push stubborn food scraps into the disposal, never your hands.
4. Allow the disposal to run for a few seconds after all food waste has been processed to ensure the grinding chamber is clear.
5. Turn off the disposal, then turn off the cold water.

6.2 Motor Safety Shut-Off

The disposal is equipped with a motor-saving shut-off system that instantly cuts power in the event of a blockage to prevent motor damage. If the unit stops operating, check for blockages. After clearing any debris, press the red reset button located on the bottom of the disposal to restore power.
