7.2. Cleaning the Pre-Filter

The pre-filter, which is the outermost layer of the main filter, can be vacuumed weekly to remove larger dust particles and extend the life of your HEPA filter.

3. Gently detach the pre-filter from the main filter (it's often attached with Velcro or similar fasteners).
4. Use a vacuum cleaner with a brush attachment to clean both sides of the pre-filter.

6. Replace the front panel and plug in the unit.
