1. Pengenalan

This user manual provides important information for the safe and efficient operation of your Ultimate Speed ULG 17 A1 Battery Charger. Please read this manual thoroughly before first use and keep it for future reference. This device is designed for charging 12V and 6V lead-acid batteries (WET, MF, Ca/Ca, AGM, GEL) with capacities ranging from 8 Ah to 210 Ah, and also features a jump start function.

2. Arahan Keselamatan

Always observe the following safety precautions to prevent injury or damage to the device.

• Keselamatan Elektrik: Ensure the charger is connected to a properly grounded outlet. Do not expose the charger to rain or wet conditions. Disconnect from power before making or breaking connections to the battery.
• Gas Letupan: Batteries generate explosive gases during normal operation. Ensure adequate ventilation when charging. Avoid open flames, sparks, and smoking near the battery.
• Eye and Skin Protection: Always wear eye protection and protective gloves when working with batteries. Battery acid is corrosive.

4. Persediaan

3. Sambungan Kuasa: Plug the charger's power cord into a suitable electrical outlet. The charger will power on and perform a self-test.

5. Arahan Operasi

5.1. Mengecas Bateri

1. After connecting the battery and plugging in the charger, the digital display will show the current battery voltage.
2. Select the appropriate charging mode (6V or 12V) using the mode selection button. The charger will automatically detect the battery type (e.g., WET, GEL, AGM) and adjust the charging process.
3. If applicable, select a specific charging program (e.g., "Cold Weather Mode" for temperatures below 0°C/32°F).
4. The "Charging" indicator will illuminate, and the display may show charging progress or current.
5. Once charging is complete, the "Charged" or "Full" indicator will illuminate. The charger will automatically switch to maintenance mode to prevent overcharging.
6. To disconnect, first unplug the charger from the power outlet, then disconnect the black (-) clamp, diikuti oleh merah (+) clamp.

5.2. Using the Jump Start Function

The jump start function provides a temporary high current to assist in starting a vehicle with a discharged battery. This is not a charging function.

5. If the vehicle does not start after a few attempts, the battery may be severely discharged or faulty, or there may be another issue with the vehicle.
