4. Persediaan

4.1 Mengecas Bateri

The device is equipped with an integrated 4V (2.0 Ah) Lithium-ion battery. Before first use, fully charge the battery.

• Connect the USB charger to the micro USB charging port on the device.

4.2 Attaching and Changing Blades

The Parkside PGSA 4 A2 features a tool-free click system for easy blade changes.

1. Ensure the device is switched off and unplugged from the charger.
2. To remove a blade: Press the blade release button (usually located on the side or top of the blade housing) and slide the blade forward to detach it.
3. To attach a blade: Align the desired blade (grass shear or shrub shear) with the guide rails on the device. Slide the blade into place until it clicks securely. Gently pull on the blade to ensure it is firmly locked.
4. Always handle blades with care, as they are sharp. Use the blade protection cover when storing or transporting the device.

5. Arahan Operasi

5.1 Menghidupkan / Mematikan

• To switch on: Press and hold the safety lock button, then press the On/Off switch. Release the safety lock button once the tool starts.
• To switch off: Release the On/Off switch.
• The tool is designed with a safety lock to prevent accidental starting.

5.2 Trimming Grass Edges

Use the grass shear blade for neat lawn edges.

• Ensure the grass shear blade is securely attached.
• Hold the device firmly with both hands if possible, or one hand if comfortable and safe, ensuring a stable grip.
• Guide the blade along the lawn edge, maintaining a consistent height.
• Move the tool slowly and steadily for best results.

5.3 Trimming Shrubs

Use the shrub shear blade for shaping small bushes and hedges.

• Ensure the shrub shear blade is securely attached.
• For ergonomic work, you can rotate the soft-grip handle by 180°.
• Hold the device firmly and guide the blade through the shrub branches.
• Do not attempt to cut branches thicker than 8 mm.
• Work in small sections, moving the tool smoothly.
