5. Arahan Operasi
Follow these steps for proper PEX pipe cutting and clamp cinching:
- Cut PEX Pipe: Use the PEX cutter to make a clean, straight cut on the PEX pipe. Ensure the cut is perpendicular to the pipe length.
- Pasang Clamp and Fitting: Slide a stainless steel clamp onto the PEX pipe, followed by the PEX fitting. Position the clamp over the fitting's barb, ensuring it is centered and approximately 1/8 inch from the end of the pipe.
- Cinch the Clamp: Place the jaws of the iCrimp cinch tool over the ear of the stainless steel clamp.
- Pemegang Picit: Hold the end of the cinch tool handles with two hands separately and squeeze slightly to engage the clamp. Then, hold the handles with both hands together and squeeze firmly until the tool's ratchet mechanism auto-releases, indicating a complete cinch.
