3. Persediaan

Before operating the mixer, ensure all components are correctly assembled and secured.

1. Membongkar: Carefully remove all contents from the packaging. Inspect the tool for any damage that may have occurred during transit.

4. Arahan Operasi

Follow these steps for safe and effective operation of your FERM mixer.

1. Penyediaan Bahan: Place the material to be mixed into a sturdy, clean mixing container. Ensure the container is large enough to prevent splashing.
2. Positioning the Mixer: Hold the mixer firmly with both hands using the ergonomic handles. Submerge the mixing paddle into the material before starting the tool to prevent splashing.
3. Memulakan Pengadun: Press the ON/OFF switch to start the mixer.
4. Pemilihan Kelajuan: Use the speed selector switch to choose between the two available speeds. Lower speeds are suitable for thicker, heavier materials, while higher speeds are for lighter, less viscous materials. Adjust the speed as needed for optimal mixing.
5. Teknik Pencampuran: Move the mixer slowly through the material, ensuring thorough and even mixing. Avoid lifting the paddle out of the material while it is running.

5. Penyelenggaraan

• Penggantian Berus Karbon: The motor's carbon brushes are wear parts. If the motor performance decreases or sparks become excessive, the carbon brushes may need replacement. Refer to the included spare carbon brushes. This procedure should ideally be performed by a qualified technician.
