Manual Arahan Kalkulator Percetakan Desktop Mini Casio HR-170RC Plus

1.1 Membongkar dan Kandungan

Keluarkan semua barang dari pembungkusan dengan berhati-hati. Pastikan komponen berikut ada:

• Casio HR-170RC Plus Calculator
• Penyesuai Kuasa AC
• Paper Roll (initial roll)
• Manual Arahan

1.2 Bekalan Kuasa

The calculator can be powered by either the included AC adapter or four (4) AA-size batteries (not included).

• Operasi AC: Connect the AC adapter to the calculator's power jack and then plug it into a standard electrical outlet.
• Operasi Bateri: Open the battery compartment cover on the bottom of the calculator. Insert four AA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-). Close the cover securely.

Nota: When using batteries, the calculator will automatically turn off after a period of inactivity to conserve power.

1.3 Pemasangan Gulungan Kertas

To enable printing, install a paper roll:

1. Lift the paper roll arm at the back of the calculator.
2. Place the new paper roll onto the arm, ensuring the paper feeds from the bottom.
3. Feed the leading edge of the paper into the paper slot at the back of the printer mechanism until it emerges from the front.
4. Tekan ke MAKAN button to advance the paper.
5. Tear off any excess paper using the metal tear bar.

1.4 Penggantian Penggelek Dakwat

The calculator uses an ink roller for dual-color printing. Replace the ink roller when printouts become faint or colors are inconsistent.

1. Pastikan kalkulator dimatikan.
2. Angkat penutup pencetak dengan lembut.
3. Remove the old ink roller by pulling it upwards.
4. Unpack the new ink roller and insert it into the slot, ensuring it clicks into place.
5. Tutup penutup pencetak.

2.1 Pengiraan Asas

The calculator supports standard arithmetic operations:

• Tambahan (+): Enter first number, press +, enter second number, press =.
• Tolak (-): Enter first number, press -, enter second number, press =.
• Pendaraban (×): Enter first number, press ×, enter second number, press =.
• Pembahagian (÷): Enter first number, press ÷, enter second number, press =.
• Kosongkan Entri (CE): Clears the last entered number.
• Clear All (C): Clears all entries and calculations.

2.2 Printing Functions

The HR-170RC Plus features dual-color printing at 2.0 lines per second.

• Print On/Off Switch: Gunakan ON/OFF PRT switch to enable or disable printing.
• Dual-Color Output: Positive values print in black, negative values print in red for easy distinction.
• Butang FEED: Advances the paper manually.

2.3 Check, Correct & Re-Print Functionality

Ciri ini membolehkan anda untuk semulaview and correct up to 150 steps of your calculations.

• CHECK Button: Press to enter check mode and review previous entries.
• Arrow Keys (↑↓): Navigate through the calculation steps.
• CORRECT Button: Use to correct an incorrect entry in check mode.
• REPRINT Button: Prints the entire calculation history after corrections have been made.
• Fungsi Selepas Cetakan: Allows for printing of calculations after they have been performed and reviewed.

2.4 Business and Tax Functions

The calculator includes dedicated keys for common business and tax calculations:

• COST/SELL/MAR (Margin): For calculating cost, selling price, and profit margin.
• MU (Mark-Up) & MD (Mark-Down): For calculating mark-ups and mark-downs.
• TAX+ / TAX- Keys: For adding or subtracting tax amounts. The tax rate can be set in the calculator's settings.
• Currency Exchange: Allows for calculations involving different currencies (exchange rates must be set).

2.5 Ciri Tambahan

• Fungsi Jam dan Kalendar: Prints the current time and date. Refer to the full user manual for setting instructions.
• Jumlah Kecil & Jumlah Besar: Accumulates and displays sub-totals and a grand total of multiple calculations.
• Kunci Peratus (%): Bagi peratustage pengiraan.
• Kekunci Shift: Accesses secondary functions printed above certain keys.
• Penanda Koma 3 Digit: Automatically formats numbers with commas for readability.

3.1 Cleaning the Calculator

Untuk mengekalkan rupa dan fungsi kalkulator:

• Lap bahagian luar dengan kain lembut dan kering.
• Untuk kotoran degil, sedikit dampen kain dengan air atau pembersih yang lembut dan tidak melelas.
• Jangan gunakan pelarut yang kuat, alkohol atau pembersih yang kasar, kerana ini boleh merosakkanasing atau paparan.
• Avoid spraying liquids directly onto the calculator.

3.2 Penggantian Gulungan Kertas

When the paper roll runs out or a red line appears on the paper (indicating low paper), replace it following the steps in Section 1.3.

3.3 Penggantian Penggelek Dakwat

Replace the ink roller as described in Section 1.4 when print quality deteriorates.

3.4 Penggantian Bateri

If the display becomes dim or the calculator does not power on with batteries, replace all four AA batteries simultaneously, following the instructions in Section 1.2.
