2. Maklumat Keselamatan
Please observe the following safety precautions to ensure safe and effective use of your blood pressure monitor:

3. Persediaan
3.1 Unpacking and Checking Components
Carefully remove the blood pressure monitor and all accessories from the packaging. Ensure all components are present and undamaged. The package should include the main unit, arm cuff, and batteries.

3.2 Pemasangan Bateri
- Buka penutup petak bateri di belakang monitor.
- Insert four (4) AAA batteries, ensuring the correct polarity (+/-) as indicated inside the compartment.
- Tutup penutup petak bateri dengan selamat.
3.3 Memasang Manset Lengan
- Insert the air plug of the arm cuff firmly into the air jack on the side of the monitor.
- Pastikan sambungannya kukuh untuk mengelakkan kebocoran udara semasa pengukuran.
4. Arahan Operasi
4.1 Sebelum Pengukuran
- Elakkan makan, minum alkohol, merokok, bersenam, dan mandi selama 30 minit sebelum pengukuran.
- Rehat sekurang-kurangnya 5 minit sebelum mengambil ukuran.
- Duduk dalam kedudukan yang selesa dengan punggung disandarkan dan kaki rata di atas lantai.
- Letakkan lengan anda di atas meja supaya manset berada pada paras jantung.
4.2 Memohon Arm Cuff

- Wrap the cuff around your bare upper left arm, approximately 1-2 cm above the elbow joint.
- Ensure the air tube is positioned over the center of your inner arm.
- Fasten the cuff snugly, but not too tightly. You should be able to insert two fingers between the cuff and your arm.
4.3 Mengambil Pengukuran

- Tekan ke MULA/BERHENTI button (power button). The cuff will automatically inflate.
- Remain still and silent during the measurement. If the Movement Detection icon appears, it indicates body movement, which may affect accuracy.
- Setelah pengukuran selesai, tekanan sistolik (SYS), tekanan diastolik (DIA) dan kadar nadi akan dipaparkan pada skrin.
- The Hypertension Risk Indicator on the left side of the display will show your blood pressure classification.
- The reading will be automatically stored in the device's memory.
- Tekan ke MULA/BERHENTI butang sekali lagi untuk mematikan peranti, atau ia akan dimatikan secara automatik selepas 1 minit tidak aktif.
4.4 Fungsi Memori
Kepada view bacaan lepas:
- Dengan peranti dimatikan, tekan butang 'M' button. The average of the last three readings will be displayed first.
- Tekan ke 'M' button repeatedly to scroll through individual past measurements, from most recent to oldest.
- The device stores up to 90 readings.
5. Penyelenggaraan
5.1 Pembersihan
- Clean the monitor and cuff with a soft, dry cloth.

When the low battery indicator appears on the display, replace all four batteries with new AAA batteries. Do not mix old and new batteries or different types of batteries.
