2.2 HIOKI 3280-10F AC Clamp Meter

The HIOKI 3280-10F is a thin and robust AC clamp meter, an essential tool for electricians. It allows for easy measurement of AC current, AC voltage, DC voltage, resistance, and continuity. Its compact design with a jaw thickness of 9.5mm enables measurements in confined spaces. The meter supports an optional AC flexible current sensor (CT6280) for enhanced versatility and features an expanded operating temperature range for use in diverse environments.

3. Persediaan

3.1 HIOKI IR4051-10 Digital Insulation Tester

Pemasangan Bateri

1. Pastikan instrumen dimatikan.
2. Cari petak bateri di bahagian belakang unit.
3. Buka penutup bateri.
4. Insert four (4) AA alkaline batteries (LR6), observing correct polarity.
5. Tutup penutup bateri dengan selamat.

Menghubungkan petunjuk ujian

1. Connect the red test lead to the LINE terminal and the black test lead to the EARTH terminal.
2. Ensure connections are firm and secure.

3.2 HIOKI 3280-10F AC Clamp Meter

Pemasangan Bateri

1. Pastikan instrumen dimatikan.
2. Cari petak bateri.
3. Buka penutup bateri.
4. Insert one (1) CR2032 coin-type lithium battery, observing correct polarity.
5. Tutup penutup bateri dengan selamat.

Menghubungkan petunjuk ujian

1. Sambungkan petunjuk ujian merah ke terminal VΩ dan petunjuk ujian hitam ke terminal COM.
2. Ensure connections are firm and secure.

4. Arahan Operasi

4.1 HIOKI IR4051-10 Digital Insulation Tester

Pengukuran Rintangan Penebat

1. Turn the rotary switch to the desired insulation resistance voltage (50V, 125V, 250V, 500V atau 1000V).
2. Sambungkan petunjuk ujian ke litar yang diuji.
3. Press and hold the MEASURE button. The measurement will begin, and the result will be displayed.
4. Release the MEASURE button to stop the measurement. The circuit will automatically discharge.

DC Voltage Pengukuran

1. Turn the rotary switch to the 'V.' position.

Vol. ACtage Pengukuran

1. Turn the rotary switch to the 'V.' position. The meter will automatically detect AC or DC.

Low Resistance Measurement (Continuity Check)

1. Putar suis putar ke kedudukan 'Ω'.
2. Connect the test leads to the circuit or component to be checked.
3. The resistance value will be displayed. If the resistance is below a certain threshold (e.g., 6Ω), the continuity buzzer will sound.

4.2 HIOKI 3280-10F AC Clamp Meter

Pengukuran Semasa AC

1. Turn the rotary switch to the 'A~' position.
2. Buka clamp jaws and enclose a single conductor. Ensure the jaws are fully closed.
3. The AC current value will be displayed.

Vol. ACtage Pengukuran

1. Putar suis putar ke kedudukan 'V~'.
2. Connect the test leads in parallel to the AC voltage sumber.
3. AC voltagnilai e akan dipaparkan.

DC Voltage Pengukuran

1. Turn the rotary switch to the 'V=' position.
2. Connect the test leads in parallel to the DC voltage source, observing polarity.
3. DC voltagnilai e akan dipaparkan.

Pengukuran Rintangan

1. Putar suis putar ke kedudukan 'Ω'.
2. Pastikan litar dinyahtenagakan.
3. Sambungkan wayar ujian merentasi komponen untuk mengukur rintangan.
4. Nilai rintangan akan dipaparkan.

Pemeriksaan Kesinambungan

1. Putar suis putar ke kedudukan 'Ω'.
2. Pastikan litar dinyahtenagakan.
3. Sambungkan petunjuk ujian merentasi litar atau komponen.
4. If continuity exists (resistance below threshold), the buzzer will sound.

Penggantian Bateri

Replace batteries when the low battery indicator appears on the display. Refer to the 'Battery Installation' section for specific instructions for each model.

Pembersihan

Wipe the instrument with a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn dirt, use a cloth lightly dampdicairkan dengan air dan detergen ringan, kemudian lap sehingga kering. Jangan gunakan pembersih atau pelarut yang kasar.

Penyimpanan

When not in use for extended periods, remove the batteries to prevent leakage and store the instruments in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

6. Penyelesaian masalah

Tiada Kuasa

• Periksa sama ada bateri dipasang dengan betul dan mempunyai cas yang mencukupi. Gantikan jika perlu.
• Ensure the rotary switch is not in the 'OFF' position.

Bacaan Salah

• Sahkan fungsi ukuran dan julat yang betul dipilih.
• Pastikan wayar ujian disambungkan dengan betul dan tidak rosak.
• Check for external interference or strong magnetic fields affecting the measurement.
• Untuk clamp meter, ensure only one conductor is enclosed within the jaws for current measurement.
