4. Persediaan dan Pemasangan

This product is designed for DIY installation, but electrical connections should be made by a qualified professional.

4.1 Senarai Semak Pra-Pemasangan

• Ensure the ceiling space has a minimum clearance of 100mm above the unit for proper ventilation.
• The fan requires a cut-out size of Ø290mm. Use the provided cut-out template.
• Verify power supply is 220-240V.
• Confirm the installation location is suitable for a bathroom, ensuite, or laundry room.

4.2 Langkah Pemasangan

1. Putuskan Kuasa: Turn off power at the main circuit breaker before starting any electrical work.
2. Sediakan Pembukaan: Using the provided cut-out template, mark and cut a Ø290mm hole in the ceiling.
3. Kedudukan Kipas: Insert the fan unit into the prepared ceiling opening. Ensure it is securely seated. The maximum height of the unit is 154mm, with 128mm above the ceiling.
4. Sambungan Elektrik: Connect the fan's cord to the main power supply. This step mesti be performed by a qualified electrician. Ensure all connections are secure and properly insulated.
5. Unit Selamat: Use appropriate fasteners (not supplied) to secure the fan housing to the ceiling joists or framing.
6. Pasang Gril: Once the fan is securely installed and wired, attach the removable grille by aligning it with the fan housing and snapping it into place.
7. Pulihkan Kuasa: Setelah pemasangan selesai dan semua sambungan diperiksa, sambungkan semula kuasa pada pemutus litar utama.

5. Arahan Operasi

The Heller exhaust fan is designed for simple operation.

• Hidupkan/Mati Kuasa: The fan and LED light are typically controlled by a standard wall switch connected during installation. Flip the switch to turn the unit on or off.
• Pengudaraan: Allow the fan to operate for a sufficient period after showering or bathing to effectively remove moisture and odors from the room.
• Lampu LED: The integrated 8W LED light provides energy-efficient illumination (up to 6000K). It operates concurrently with the fan.

6. Penyelenggaraan

Regular cleaning will ensure optimal performance and longevity of your exhaust fan.

6.1 Cleaning the Grille and Fan Blades

1. Putuskan Kuasa: Sentiasa matikan kuasa kipas pada pemutus litar sebelum membersihkan.
2. Keluarkan Grille: Gently pull down or unclip the removable grille from the fan housing.
3. Gril Bersih: Wash the grille with mild soap and water. Rinse thoroughly and allow it to dry completely before reattaching.
4. Bilah Kipas Bersih: Carefully wipe the fan blades and interior housing with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents. Ensure no water enters the motor housing.
5. Pasang semula gril: Once clean and dry, reattach the grille to the fan housing.
6. Pulihkan Kuasa: Pulihkan kuasa pada pemutus litar.

Nota: The motor is a ball bearing type and does not require lubrication. The LED light is not user-serviceable.
