Persediaan

Pemasangan Bateri:

Your HealthSmart thermometer requires 2 AAA batteries. These are typically included. If not already installed, or if you need to replace them:

Arahan Operasi

Menghidupkan/Mematikan:

Press the large scan button (usually green) to turn the thermometer on. The device will automatically turn off after a period of inactivity to conserve battery life.

Memilih Mod Pengukuran:

The thermometer has three modes: Body (Forehead), Object, and Air. To switch between modes:

1. Pastikan termometer dihidupkan.
2. Press and hold both the scan button and the 'M' (Memory) button simultaneously until the desired mode icon appears on the display.

Taking a Forehead Temperature:

1. Ensure the thermometer is in Body (Forehead) mode.
2. Hold the thermometer approximately 1 to 2 inches (2.5 to 5 cm) from the center of the forehead. The integrated distance sensor will help ensure proper distance.
3. Press and hold the large scan button.
4. Keep the thermometer steady until you hear a beep and the reading appears on the display.
5. The ring around the scan button will illuminate green for normal temperature or red for a fever (100.4°F/38°C or higher).

Taking Object/Air Temperature:

1. Switch to Object or Air mode as needed.
2. Point the thermometer at the object or area whose temperature you wish to measure. Maintain a distance of 1 to 2 inches (2.5 to 5 cm).
3. Press and hold the large scan button.
4. The temperature reading will appear on the display.

Fungsi Memori:

The thermometer stores up to 9 previous readings. To access them:

1. With the thermometer on, press the 'M' (Memory) button.
2. Each press of the 'M' button will cycle through the stored readings, from most recent to oldest.
