1. Arahan Keselamatan Penting

2. Persediaan dan Pemasangan

2.1 Membongkar dan Pemeriksaan

Carefully unpack the Holzmann BS 712TOP bandsaw. Inspect all components for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. Report any damage immediately to your dealer.

2.2 Sambungan Elektrik

This machine requires a 400V, 50Hz power supply. Ensure your electrical installation meets these requirements and that the machine is properly grounded by a qualified electrician.

2.3 Pemasangan Bilah dan Penegangan

The bandsaw uses a blade with dimensions 2360 x 20 x 0.9 mm. Refer to the machine's labels for correct blade direction. Install the blade carefully, ensuring it is seated correctly on the wheels and within the blade guides. 2.4 Coolant System Setup

The machine is equipped with a standard coolant pump. Fill the coolant reservoir with an appropriate metalworking coolant. Ensure all coolant lines are securely connected and free from leaks. The coolant system helps to extend blade life and improve cut quality.

3. Arahan Operasi

3.1 Panel Kawalan Selesaiview

Familiarize yourself with the control panel before operation. The panel typically includes the main power switch and an emergency stop button.

• To turn on the machine, press the green 'ON' button on the control panel.
• To turn off the machine, press the red 'OFF' button.
• In case of emergency, press the large yellow emergency stop button to immediately cut power to the machine.

3.3 Pelarasan Kelajuan

The bandsaw offers four blade speeds: 22, 33, 45, or 65 meters per minute. Select the appropriate speed based on the material type and thickness being cut. Consult a material cutting speed chart for optimal results.

3.4 Bahan Clamping and Vise Adjustment

Secure the workpiece firmly in the pivoting vise. The vise can be adjusted to accommodate various material sizes and angles up to +/- 45°. Ensure the material is stable and cannot shift during the cut.

3.5 Cutting Operation and Automatic Stop

Initiate the cut. The machine features a hydraulic cylinder for controlled descent, allowing for easy adjustment of the feed rate. The automatic stop function will halt the machine once the cut is complete, enhancing safety and efficiency.

4. Penyelenggaraan

4.1 Pembersihan
