Determining Cooling Capacity

To ensure efficient cooling, select an air conditioner with the appropriate BTU capacity for your room size. Refer to the table below for guidance.

Penyelenggaraan

Membersihkan Penapis Udara

Regular cleaning of the air filter is essential for optimal performance and air quality. The filter is removable and washable.

1. Buka panel hadapan penghawa dingin.
2. Gently slide out the air filter.
3. Basuh penapis dengan air suam dan sabun. Bilas sebersih-bersihnya.
4. Benarkan penuras kering sepenuhnya sebelum dimasukkan semula.
5. Reinstall the dry filter and close the front panel.

It is recommended to clean the filter every two weeks, or more frequently depending on usage and air quality.

Menyelesaikan masalah

If your air conditioner is not operating correctly, please check the following common issues before contacting customer support.

• Unit tidak dihidupkan: Pastikan kord kuasa dipasang dengan selamat ke dalam salur keluar elektrik yang berfungsi. Periksa pemutus litar.
• Unit is not cooling: Verify the temperature setting is lower than the room temperature. Check if the air filter is clean and not obstructed. Ensure windows and doors are closed.

• Bunyi luar biasa: Ensure the unit is installed securely and level. Check for any loose parts or debris inside the unit.
• Kebocoran air: Confirm the unit is tilted slightly outwards to allow proper drainage. Check for blockages in the drain pan or hose.
