4. Persediaan
- Choose a Suitable Pot: Select a heat-safe pot or container. Ensure it is deep enough to allow the immersion circulator to be submerged between its MIN and MAX water level markings.
- Lampirkan Peranti: Securely attach the Wancle Sous Vide Cooker to the side of your pot using the adjustable clamp.

5. Arahan Operasi

Sous vide cooking ensures even doneness and tender results. Here are general guidelines; specific recipes may vary:
- Steak (Medium-Rare): 130-135°F (54-57°C) for 1-3 hours.
- Dada ayam: 140-145°F (60-63°C) for 1-4 hours.
- Ikan: 125-135°F (52-57°C) for 30-45 minutes.
- Telur: 140-145°F (60-63°C) for 45-60 minutes (soft-boiled to firm).
After sous vide cooking, it is recommended to sear the food in a hot pan or on a grill for a few minutes to develop a flavorful crust.

7. Penyelenggaraan
- Pembersihan: After each use, unplug the device and allow it to cool completely. Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth. The stainless steel sleeve can be removed for thorough cleaning if necessary. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
