Persediaan
1. Melaraskan Jalur Jam Tangan
The watch band features an adjustable clasp. To adjust the length:
- Lift the small lever on the clasp using a small tool or fingernail.
- Slide the clasp along the band to the desired position.
- Press the lever back down firmly to secure the clasp. Ensure it clicks into place.

2. Penetapan Masa Awal
The Casio A168 watch typically has three buttons: CAHAYA (kiri atas), MODE (bottom left), and MULA/BERHENTI (right). Some models may have an additional button for adjustment on the right side. Refer to the image below for button identification.

- Daripada Mod Penjagaan Masa, tekan butang MODE button three times to enter the Time Setting Mode. The seconds digits will flash.
- Tekan ke MULA/BERHENTI butang untuk menetapkan semula saat kepada 00.
- Tekan ke MODE button to move the flashing selection to the hour digits.
- Tekan ke MULA/BERHENTI button to increase the hour. Hold it down to advance rapidly.
- Tekan ke MODE button to move the flashing selection to the minute digits.
- Tekan ke MULA/BERHENTI button to increase the minute.
- Teruskan menekan MODE untuk mengitar tetapan tahun, bulan dan hari, melaraskan setiap satu dengan MULA/BERHENTI butang.
- Setelah semua tetapan betul, tekan butang MODE button to exit the Time Setting Mode and return to Timekeeping Mode.
Arahan Operasi
Gunakan MODE button to cycle through the different modes: Timekeeping, Alarm, and Stopwatch.
1. Mod Penjagaan Masa
Ini ialah mod lalai, memaparkan waktu semasa, hari dalam seminggu dan tarikh. Tekan butang CAHAYA butang untuk menerangi paparan.
2. Mod Penggera
- Daripada Mod Penjagaan Masa, tekan butang MODE butang sekali untuk memasuki Mod Penggera. Masa penggera akan dipaparkan.
- Tekan ke MULA/BERHENTI button to turn the alarm ON or OFF. An alarm indicator will appear when ON.
- Untuk menetapkan masa penggera, tekan dan tahan butang MULA/BERHENTI butang sehingga digit jam berkelip.
- Tekan ke MODE button to change the hour.
- Tekan ke MULA/BERHENTI button to move to the minute digits.
- Tekan ke MODE butang untuk menukar minit.
- Tekan ke MULA/BERHENTI butang untuk mengesahkan dan keluar dari tetapan penggera.
- Tekan ke MODE button to return to Timekeeping Mode.
3. Mod Jam randik
- Daripada Mod Penjagaan Masa, tekan butang MODE button twice to enter Stopwatch Mode. The display will show 00'00"00.
- Tekan ke MULA/BERHENTI butang untuk memulakan jam randik.
- Tekan ke MULA/BERHENTI butang sekali lagi untuk menghentikan jam randik.
- To reset the stopwatch to 00'00"00, press the CAHAYA butang semasa jam randik dihentikan.
- To measure split times, press the CAHAYA button while the stopwatch is running. The split time will freeze on the display. Press CAHAYA again to return to elapsed time measurement.
- Tekan ke MODE button to return to Timekeeping Mode.
4. Hourly Isyarat Masa
To toggle the Hourly Time Signal (SIG) on or off:
- Daripada Mod Penjagaan Masa, tekan butang MODE button once to enter Alarm Mode.
- Tekan ke CAHAYA button to toggle the Hourly Time Signal ON or OFF. An indicator will appear when ON.
- Tekan ke MODE button to return to Timekeeping Mode.
Penyelenggaraan
1. Tahan Air
The Casio A168 watch is rated as water resistant. This means it can withstand splashes, rain, and brief immersion in water. It is bukan designed for swimming, diving, or prolonged water exposure. Avoid operating buttons while the watch is wet to prevent water intrusion.
2. Penggantian Bateri
The watch uses one CR2016 lithium metal battery, with an approximate life of 7 years. When the display becomes dim or functions become erratic, it may be time to replace the battery. Battery replacement should ideally be performed by a qualified watch technician to ensure proper sealing and water resistance.
If replacing the battery yourself, carefully remove the four screws on the back cover, replace the battery, and ensure the gasket is properly seated before re-securing the cover. Improper reassembly can compromise water resistance.
3. Pembersihan
Lap sarung dan tali jam tangan dengan kain lembut dan kering. Untuk kotoran degil, lap sedikitamp cloth can be used, followed by immediate drying. Avoid using chemical cleaners or solvents, as these can damage the watch's finish or seals.
