The Recaro Zero.1 Select is an ISOFIX-compatible, 360-degree rotating child car seat designed for newborns up to approximately 4 years of age (0-18 kg). This seat incorporates Recaro's expertise in safety and comfort, featuring intuitive functions for ease of use.

5. Persediaan dan Pemasangan

The Recaro Zero.1 Select child car seat is designed for ISOFIX installation. Follow these general steps for secure setup:

1. Sediakan Kenderaan: Ensure your vehicle is equipped with ISOFIX anchor points. Refer to your vehicle's owner's manual for the location of these anchors.
2. Panjangkan Penyambung ISOFIX: Panjangkan penyambung ISOFIX dari tapak tempat duduk kereta.
3. Attach to Anchors: Push the ISOFIX connectors firmly into the vehicle's ISOFIX anchor points until you hear an audible click and the central indicator on the car seat base turns green. This confirms a secure connection.
4. Laraskan Kaki Sokongan: Extend the support leg until it firmly rests on the vehicle floor. Ensure it is stable and locked into position.
5. Semak Keselamatan: Gently pull on the car seat to ensure it is securely attached and does not move excessively. Verify the central indicator is green.

The car seat is designed for forward-facing installation. No assembly is required for the main unit.

6. Arahan Operasi

6.1 Securing the Child

1. Putar Tempat Duduk: Use the double rotation levers to rotate the seat towards the car door for easier access.
2. Tempat Anak: Letakkan kanak-kanak di tempat duduk.
3. Kencangkan Abah-abah: Bring the 5-point harness straps over the child's shoulders and hips, then connect the buckle. Ensure the HERO Harness System prevents twisting.
4. Adjust Harness: Use the easy belt lever to tighten the harness straps until they are snug against the child's body, allowing only one finger to fit between the strap and the child's collarbone.
5. Rotate Back: Rotate the seat back to its forward-facing position until it locks securely.

6.2 Recline Adjustment

The seat offers 5 recline positions. Locate the recline adjustment mechanism, typically a lever or button, and adjust the seat to the desired angle. Ensure the seat locks into the chosen position.

6.3 Head Support Adjustment

To adjust the head support height, locate the adjustment handle (usually at the top of the head support or behind it). Pull the handle and slide the head support up or down to one of the 6 available positions, ensuring it is at the correct height for your child's shoulders.

• Pembersihan: Regularly clean the fabric covers according to the care instructions provided on the label. Most covers are removable and machine washable on a gentle cycle with mild detergent. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.

8. Penyelesaian masalah

• Seat Not Securing: If the central indicator does not turn green, ensure the ISOFIX connectors are fully engaged with the vehicle anchors. Check for any obstructions. Re-read the installation instructions carefully.
• Harness Too Loose/Tight: Ensure the easy belt lever is fully released before adjusting. Pull the harness adjustment strap to tighten, or press the release button and pull the shoulder straps to loosen.
• Seat Not Rotating: Ensure the rotation levers are fully engaged and the seat is not obstructed by vehicle components or other items. The seat may need to be in a specific recline position to rotate freely.
• Head Support Stuck: Ensure the adjustment handle is fully pulled before attempting to slide the head support. Check for any debris or obstructions in the adjustment mechanism.
