3. Persediaan

3.1 Pemasangan Bateri

The Casio TQ-143S alarm clock operates on one CR2 battery. Ensure the battery is correctly installed for proper function.

1. Cari penutup petak bateri di belakang jam penggera.
2. Slide or gently pry open the battery compartment cover.
3. Insert the CR2 battery, ensuring the positive (+) and negative (-) terminals align with the indicators inside the compartment.
4. Gantikan penutup petak bateri dengan selamat.

3.2 Menetapkan Masa

To set the current time on your alarm clock:

1. Cari Tombol Tetapan Masa on the back of the clock (refer to Figure 2).
2. Putar tombol ini mengikut arah jam atau lawan arah jam sehingga jarum jam dan minit memaparkan waktu semasa yang betul.

4.1 Menetapkan Penggera

To set the desired alarm time:

1. Cari Tombol Tetapan Penggera on the back of the clock (refer to Figure 2).
2. Rotate this knob until the small alarm hand points to your desired wake-up time.
3. Untuk mengaktifkan penggera, luncurkan penggera Suis ON / OFF penggera (usually located on the side or back) to the "ON" position.
4. The alarm will sound at the set time, typically with a gradually increasing isipadu.

4.2 Menggunakan Fungsi Tunda/Lampu

The top button on the alarm clock serves a dual purpose:

• Tunda: When the alarm is sounding, press the large button on top of the clock to temporarily stop the alarm. The alarm will sound again after a few minutes (typically 5-10 minutes).
• Cahaya: Press the same top button at any time to illuminate the clock face for easy viewing in low-light conditions. The light will remain on as long as the button is pressed.

4.3 Mematikan Penggera

To permanently turn off the alarm until the next set time:

• Luncurkan Suis ON / OFF penggera (refer to Figure 2) to the "OFF" position. This will stop the alarm from sounding and prevent it from sounding again at the set time until reactivated.

• Pembersihan: Wipe the clock with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents, as they may damage the finish.
• Penggantian Bateri: Replace the battery when the clock hands slow down or the alarm sound weakens. Always use a fresh CR2 battery. Dispose of old batteries responsibly according to local regulations.
• Storan: If storing the clock for an extended period, remove the battery to prevent leakage and damage.
