1. Pengenalan

The RCA Cambio W101 V2 is a versatile 10.1-inch 2-in-1 tablet PC designed for productivity and entertainment. It operates on Windows 10 and features a detachable keyboard, allowing seamless transition between tablet and laptop modes. Powered by an Intel quad-core processor, it includes 32GB of internal storage, Bluetooth connectivity, and dual 2MP cameras for video conferencing and photography.

2. Persediaan

2.1 Membongkar dan Caj Permulaan

Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Before first use, connect the tablet to a power outlet using the provided charger. Allow the device to charge fully, which may take several hours.

2.2 Memasang Papan Kekunci Boleh Tanggal

To attach the keyboard, align the tablet's bottom edge with the keyboard's magnetic connector. Gently push the tablet down until it securely clicks into place. To detach, firmly pull the tablet upwards from the keyboard.

2.3 First Power-On and Windows 10 Setup

Press and hold the power button located on the side of the tablet until the screen illuminates. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the initial Windows 10 setup, including language selection, region, and user account creation.

2.4 Menyambung ke Wi-Fi

During the initial setup or at any time, you can connect to a Wi-Fi network. Navigate to tetapan > Rangkaian & Internet > Wi-Fi. Select your desired network from the list and enter the password if prompted.

3.2 Using Windows 10 Features

Your RCA Cambio W101 V2 comes preloaded with Windows 10, offering a familiar and intuitive user experience. You can access the Microsoft Store to download additional applications. Microsoft Office 365 is also preloaded, allowing you to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.

3.3 Menyambung Peranti Bluetooth

To pair Bluetooth accessories like headphones or a mouse, go to tetapan > Peranti > Bluetooth & peranti lain. Ensure Bluetooth is turned on, then select Tambahkan Bluetooth atau peranti lain dan ikut arahan berpasangan.

3.4 Menggunakan Kamera

The tablet features both front and rear 2MP cameras. To use them, open the Kamera application from the Start Menu. You can switch between the front and rear cameras within the app for photos or video calls.

To prolong battery life, avoid exposing the device to extreme temperatures. It is recommended to fully discharge and recharge the battery periodically. Unplug the charger once the battery is full to prevent overcharging.

Semak dan pasang kemas kini Windows secara berkala untuk memastikan prestasi dan keselamatan yang optimum. Pergi ke tetapan > Kemas kini & Keselamatan > Kemas Kini Windows.

4.4 Pengurusan Storan

To manage the 32GB internal storage, regularly delete unnecessary files and applications. You can also use cloud storage services or external USB drives for additional space.

5. Penyelesaian masalah

• Peranti Tidak Dihidupkan: Ensure the device is charged. Connect the charger and wait a few minutes before attempting to power on again. If unresponsive, perform a hard reset by holding the power button for 10-15 seconds.
• Isu Sambungan Wi-Fi: Check if Wi-Fi is enabled in settings. Restart your router and the tablet. Ensure you are entering the correct Wi-Fi password.
• Papan Kekunci Tidak Membalas: Ensure the keyboard is securely attached to the tablet. Detach and reattach it. Restart the tablet if the issue persists.
