1. Arahan Keselamatan Penting

Always read and understand all safety warnings and instructions before operating this log splitter. Failure to follow these instructions may result in electric shock, fire, and/or serious injury.

1.1 Keselamatan Am

• Pastikan kawasan kerja bersih dan terang. Kawasan bersepah atau gelap mengundang kemalangan.

2.1 Komponen Utama

3. Persediaan

3.1 Membongkar dan Pemeriksaan

2. Inspect the log splitter for any signs of damage during shipping. Do not operate if damaged.

3.2 Perhimpunan

The log splitter comes largely pre-assembled. Minor assembly may be required for the transport wheels and handle.

• Attach the 6-inch transport wheels to the axle using the provided hardware. Ensure they are securely fastened.
• Secure the easy-grip handle to the designated mounting points.

3.3 Placement and Electrical Connection

• Place the log splitter on a firm, level surface. Ensure adequate space around the unit for safe operation and log handling.
• Connect the log splitter to a grounded electrical outlet. Ensure the power supply matches the specifications of the unit (12 Amps, 1.8 HP motor). Use a heavy-duty extension cord if necessary, rated for outdoor use and appropriate amppemadam.

4. Arahan Operasi

4.1 Pemeriksaan Pra Operasi

• Pastikan semua pengikat ketat.
• Check hydraulic fluid level. Refer to the maintenance section for details.
• Ensure the work area is clear of debris and bystanders.

4.2 Loading Logs

• Place the log firmly on the log tray against the splitting wedge.
• Ensure the log is centered and stable. Do not attempt to split logs larger than 10 inches in diameter.
• Never hold the log with your hands while operating the splitter.

4.3 Splitting Process

1. With the log properly positioned, firmly grasp the control handle.
2. Push the control handle to activate the hydraulic ram. The ram will extend, pushing the log against the wedge.
3. Once the log is split, release the control handle. The ram will retract automatically.
4. Remove the split wood from the log tray.

4.4 Pasca Operasi

• Putuskan sambungan kord kuasa daripada alur keluar.
• Clean the log splitter of any wood chips or debris.
• Store the unit in a dry, secure location.

5.1 Pembersihan

• After each use, clean the log splitter to remove wood chips, sawdust, and dirt.

5.3 Wedge Inspection

• Periodically inspect the splitting wedge for sharpness and damage.
• If the wedge becomes dull, it can be sharpened with a file or grinder. Ensure the original angle is maintained.
