1. Pengenalan

This manual provides comprehensive instructions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of your Bravilor Bonamat 8.040.058.21004-208V Single Tank Thermal Coffee High Brewer. This high-quality stainless steel brewer is designed for commercial use, offering efficient coffee brewing with precise control features.

Key features include a 1.5-gallon capacity, intuitive touchscreen controls, pre-infusion, pulse brew settings, and a separate hot water tap. Please read this manual thoroughly before operating the appliance to ensure safe and optimal performance.

2. Maklumat Keselamatan

Sentiasa patuhi langkah berjaga-jaga keselamatan asas semasa menggunakan peralatan elektrik untuk mengurangkan risiko kebakaran, renjatan elektrik dan kecederaan kepada orang ramai.

• Baca semua arahan sebelum mengendalikan perkakas.
• Jangan sentuh permukaan panas. Gunakan pemegang atau tombol.
• Untuk melindungi daripada kebakaran, kejutan elektrik dan kecederaan, jangan rendamkan kord, palam atau perkakas di dalam air atau cecair lain.

• Ketua Brewing: Top section where water is heated and dispensed over coffee grounds.
• Pemegang Penapis: Holds the coffee filter and grounds during brewing.
• Teko Thermal: Detachable 1.5-gallon insulated container for brewed coffee.
• Dulang/Tapak Titisan: Collects any drips and provides a stable base for the carafe.
• Panel Kawalan: Features an intuitive touchscreen display for settings, batch sizes, and brew initiation.
• Paip Air Panas: Separate tap for dispensing hot water.
• Suis kuasa: Located typically on the rear or side of the unit.

4. Persediaan dan Pemasangan

Proper installation is crucial for the performance and longevity of your brewer. This unit requires a 208V electrical connection.

1. Membongkar: Carefully remove the brewer from its packaging. Retain packaging for future transport or storage.
2. penempatan: Place the brewer on a stable, level surface, away from heat sources and direct sunlight. Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit.

5. Arahan Operasi

Follow these steps to brew coffee and dispense hot water.

5.1. Membancuh Kopi

1. Hidupkan kuasa: Ensure the brewer is properly connected to power and water, then turn on the main power switch.
2. Sediakan Penapis: Place a new filter into the filter holder.
3. Tambah serbuk kopi: Add the desired amount of fresh coffee grounds to the filter. Refer to your coffee supplier's recommendations for optimal ratios.
4. Tempat Carafe: Ensure the thermal carafe is correctly positioned under the brewing head.
5. Pilih Tetapan: Use the touchscreen control panel to select your desired batch size, pre-infusion, and pulse brew settings. The brewer allows for variable batch sizes.
6. Mulakan Pembuatan Bir: Press the "START" button on the control panel. The brewing process will begin.
7. Pantau: Brewing a 1.5-gallon batch typically takes 4 to 8 minutes.
8. Hidangkan: Once brewing is complete, carefully remove the thermal carafe for serving.

5.2. Mengeluarkan Air Panas

• Ensure the brewer is powered on and the hot water tank is filled.
• Place a cup or container under the hot water tap.
• Operate the electronically controlled hot water dispense valve to release hot water.
• Close the valve when the desired amount of hot water is dispensed.

6. Penyelenggaraan dan Pembersihan

Regular cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your brewer.

6.1. Pembersihan Harian

• Cabut plag: Always unplug the brewer and allow it to cool before cleaning.
• Buang Alasan: Remove and discard used coffee grounds and filter.
• Clean Filter Holder: Wash the filter holder with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly.
• Clean Carafe: Wash the thermal carafe with warm, soapy water. Use a brush if necessary to remove coffee residue. Rinse thoroughly.
• Lap Bahagian Luar: Lap permukaan keluli tahan karat luar denganamp kain. Jangan gunakan pembersih yang melelas atau pad penyental.
• Dulang Titisan Bersih: Keluarkan dan kosongkan dulang titisan. Basuh dengan air sabun suam dan bilas.

6.2. Descaling (Monthly or as needed)

Mineral deposits from water can build up over time, affecting performance. Descale regularly based on water hardness and usage.

1. Use a commercial descaling solution designed for coffee brewers, following the manufacturer's instructions.
2. Run the descaling solution through a brew cycle (without coffee).
3. After descaling, run several cycles of plain water to thoroughly rinse the system.
