3. Persediaan
3.1 Kandungan Pakej
Sebelum memulakan, pastikan semua komponen hadir:
- Cisco IP Phone 8811 unit
- Handset and coiled cord
- Ethernet cable (for network connection)
- Optional: Power adapter (if Power over Ethernet (PoE) is not used)
- Dokumentasi (manual ini)
3.2 Menyambungkan Telefon
- Sambungkan Handset: Palamkan satu hujung kord bergelung ke dalam telefon bimbit dan hujung satu lagi ke dalam port telefon bimbit pada pangkalan telefon.
- Sambung ke Rangkaian (PoE): If using Power over Ethernet, connect an Ethernet cable from your network switch or router to the "SW" (Switch) port on the back of the phone. The phone will power on automatically.
- Connect to Network (External Power): If PoE is not available, connect an Ethernet cable from your network switch or router to the "SW" port. Then, connect the optional power adapter to the phone's power port and plug it into a power outlet.
- Sambung ke PC (Pilihan): If you wish to connect a computer through the phone, connect an Ethernet cable from your computer to the "PC" port on the back of the phone.
- Boot-up awal: Allow the phone to power on and connect to the network. This process may take a few minutes as the phone obtains an IP address and registers with your call control system.

4. Arahan Operasi
4.1 Fungsi Panggilan Asas
- Membuat Panggilan: Lift the handset, press the Speaker button, or press a line button. Dial the number and press the Dial softkey or wait for automatic dialing.
- Menjawab Panggilan: Lift the handset, press the Speaker button, or press the Answer softkey.
- Menamatkan Panggilan: Replace the handset, press the Speaker button again, or press the End Call softkey.
- Menahan Panggilan: During an active call, press the Hold softkey. To resume, press the Resume softkey or the flashing line button.
- Memindahkan Panggilan: During an active call, press the Transfer softkey. Dial the transfer recipient's number, and once connected, press Transfer again to complete.
4.2 Speakerphone and Headset
Tekan ke Penceramah button to activate or deactivate the speakerphone. The phone also supports a headset connection via the dedicated headset port.
4.3 Panggilan Persidangan
The Cisco IP Phone 8811 supports 3-way conference calls. During an active call, press the Persidangan softkey, dial the number of the third party, and once connected, press Persidangan sekali lagi untuk menyertai semua pihak.
4.4 Mel suara
Tekan ke Mesej button to access your voicemail system. Follow the voice prompts to retrieve messages.
4.5 Melaraskan Kelantangan
Gunakan Kelantangan button (rocker switch) to adjust the volume of the handset, speakerphone, or ringer.
