This manual provides essential information for the safe assembly, operation, and maintenance of your Haul-Master Heavy Duty Portable Scaffold. This portable scaffolding unit is designed to facilitate work at elevated heights for tasks such as painting indoors and outdoors. Please read this manual thoroughly before use to ensure proper handling and to prevent injury or damage.

Follow these steps carefully for proper assembly.

3. Erect Frames: Stand the two main scaffold frames upright, parallel to each other, at the desired working distance.
4. Install Cross Braces: Attach the cross braces between the two main frames. Ensure all connections are secure and tightened according to the manufacturer's instructions. These braces provide stability.
5. Position Wooden Plank: Place the 28-1/2" W x 67" L wooden plank onto the horizontal support bars of the scaffold frames at the desired working height. Ensure the plank is fully seated and stable on all four corners. The scaffold features 30 height adjustments for exact positioning.

Arahan Operasi

Proper operation ensures safety and efficiency.

1. Kedudukan: Roll the scaffold to the desired work location. Ensure the ground is level and stable.
2. Lock Casters: Engage the locks on all four swivel casters to prevent unintended movement. Verify that the scaffold is stationary before climbing.
3. Menyelaraskan Tinggi: The scaffold offers 30 height adjustments. To change the plank height, ensure no one is on the scaffold. Unlock the support bars, adjust them to the desired height, and securely re-lock them into place. Always ensure both sides are adjusted to the same height.
4. Mendaki: Use the ladder rungs on the scaffold frames to ascend and descend. Always maintain three points of contact.
5. Working on Scaffold: Maintain balance and avoid sudden movements. Do not lean too far over the edge. If using optional toe-boards or safety-rails, ensure they are properly installed in the built-in fittings.
6. Moving the Scaffold: Before moving, ensure all tools and materials are removed from the plank. Unlock all four casters. Carefully push the scaffold to the new location. Re-lock casters once positioned.

Regular maintenance extends the life of your scaffold and ensures safe operation.
