Introduction to the SaniPLUS System
The SaniPLUS system is designed to facilitate the installation of a complete bathroom in locations where traditional gravity-fed plumbing is not feasible. This includes areas up to 15 feet below the sewer line or up to 150 feet away from a soil stack. The SaniPLUS pump is engineered to connect with the SaniPLUS Upflush Toilet, as well as other sanitary fixtures such as sinks, showers, and baths.

Installation of the SaniPLUS system involves four primary connections. Ensure all local plumbing and electrical codes are followed during installation. Professional installation is recommended.
- Connect the Macerating/Pump Unit: The SaniPLUS macerating pump unit must be connected to the spigot of the horizontal outlet toilet.

Prinsip Operasi
The SaniPLUS system operates automatically. Inside the unit, a pressure chamber monitors the water level. When the toilet is flushed, water enters the SaniPLUS unit, activating a microswitch within the pressure chamber. This action starts the motor.
The motor, sealed in an oil-filled enclosure for durability, drives both the stainless steel macerator blades and the pump. The macerator blades rotate at 3600 RPM, reducing water and organic waste matter into a fine slurry. This slurry is then ejected through a grill into a container, where it is picked up by the impeller pump located beneath the motor.
The pump operates at 10 PSI, capable of discharging effluent upward to 12 feet and/or horizontally up to 150 feet. In addition to toilet waste, the SaniPLUS can also manage gray wastewater from other fixtures such as hand basins, baths, bidets, and urinals.

- Pembersihan: Use only cleaners specifically designed for macerating toilet systems. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners, abrasive agents, or standard toilet bowl cleaners, as these can damage the internal components of the SaniPLUS unit.
- Flushing Restrictions: Do not flush anything other than human waste and toilet paper that is specifically designed for macerating or RV systems. Avoid flushing feminine hygiene products, wet wipes, paper towels, dental floss, hair, or any foreign objects, as these can cause blockages and damage the macerator blades.
- Pemeriksaan Berkala: Periodically inspect all connections for leaks and ensure the unit is free from unusual noises during operation.
- Pemutusan Kuasa: Always disconnect the electrical supply to the SaniPLUS unit before performing any maintenance or inspection.
