The Saniflo SaniPLUS is a macerating upflush toilet system designed to facilitate the installation of a complete bathroom in locations where traditional gravity-fed plumbing is not feasible. This system allows for toilet installation up to 15 feet below the sewer line or up to 150 feet away from a soil stack. It is engineered to connect with the SaniPLUS Upflush Toilet, as well as additional fixtures such as a sink, shower, or bath.

Arahan Operasi

The SaniPLUS unit operates automatically upon flushing. The internal components include a pressure chamber, a motor, stainless steel macerator blades, and a pump.

• When the toilet is flushed, water enters the SaniPLUS chamber, activating a microswitch within the pressure chamber.
• This microswitch initiates the motor, which drives the macerator blades and the pump. The motor is sealed in an oil-filled enclosure.
• Water and organic waste are reduced to a slurry by the macerator blades, rotating at 3600 RPM.
• The reduced solids are then ejected through a grill into a container, where an impeller pump, located beneath the motor, picks them up.
• The pump operates at 10 PSI, capable of discharging effluent upward to 12 feet and/or horizontally up to 150 feet.
• In addition to toilet waste, the SaniPLUS can also discharge gray wastewater from connected sanitary fixtures such as hand basins, baths, bidets, and urinals.
