Persediaan
1. Membongkar
Remove the glue gun and all accessories from the packaging. Inspect for any damage. If any components are missing or damaged, contact Surebonder customer support.
2. Attaching the Wire Stand
Attach the detachable wire stand to the designated slots on the front underside of the glue gun. This stand provides stability and keeps the hot nozzle elevated when the gun is not in use.
3. Inserting Glue Sticks
Insert a full-size (0.43-inch diameter) hot glue stick into the opening at the back of the glue gun. Push it firmly until it stops. Do not force the glue stick.

Flip the lighted ON/OFF switch to the 'ON' position. The light will illuminate, indicating the glue gun is heating up. Allow 3-5 minutes for the glue gun to reach operating temperature.

3. Applying Glue
Once the glue gun is heated, gently squeeze the ergonomic trigger to dispense melted glue from the nozzle. Apply glue to one surface and press the two surfaces together within 15-30 seconds, depending on the glue type and temperature.

4. Glue Stick Advancement
As you use the glue gun, the glue stick will shorten. Insert a new glue stick into the back of the gun to push the remaining portion forward. Do not pull partially used glue sticks out from the back.
5. Adjusting Glue Stroke
The glue stroke adjustment screw allows you to control the precise amount of glue dispensed with each trigger pull. Turn the screw clockwise to decrease the glue output and counter-clockwise to increase it.
6. Changing Nozzles
The PRO2-220 comes with two nozzles. To change a nozzle, ensure the glue gun is unplugged and cooled down. Carefully unscrew the current nozzle and screw on the desired replacement. Always ensure the nozzle is securely fastened before use.
7. Mematikan
When finished, flip the ON/OFF switch to the 'OFF' position and unplug the glue gun from the electrical outlet. Allow the gun to cool completely before storing.

Ensure the glue gun is unplugged and completely cool before cleaning. Use a dry cloth to wipe down the exterior of the gun. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents. If there is dried glue on the nozzle, allow the gun to heat slightly to soften the glue, then carefully wipe it away with a heat-resistant cloth. Never attempt to clean the nozzle with sharp objects.
