4. Arahan Pemasangan

Before starting, ensure you have the necessary tools: a set of wrenches, screwdrivers, and potentially a plastic trim removal tool. It is recommended to work in a clean, well-lit area.

4.1. Semakan Keserasian

4.2. Removing Old Plastics

1. Carefully locate and remove all bolts, screws, and clips securing the existing plastic components to the motorcycle frame.
2. Start with the front fender, then move to the radiator shrouds, side panels, and finally the rear fender.
3. Keep track of all fasteners, as they may be reused with the new Acerbis kit. Note their original positions.

4.3. Installing New Plastics

1. Front Fender: Align the new front fender with the mounting points on the triple clamps. Secure it using the original fasteners. Do not overtighten.
2. Radiator Shrouds: Position the left and right radiator shrouds over the radiator and align them with the frame mounting points. Fasten them securely.
3. Panel sisi: Attach the side panels, ensuring they interlock correctly with the radiator shrouds and align with the rear fender mounting points.
4. Rear Fender: Mount the rear fender, ensuring all mounting tabs and bolt holes are aligned. Secure it with the appropriate fasteners.
