4.1 Pemasangan Bateri

The Insize Digital Caliper 1112-150 requires one LR44 battery, which is included with the product. To install or replace the battery:

1. Cari penutup petak bateri pada unit paparan digital.
2. Slide the cover open or remove the screw if present.
3. Masukkan bateri LR44 dengan bahagian positif (+) menghadap ke atas.
4. Tutup penutup petak bateri dengan selamat.

4.2 Persediaan Awal

Before first use, or after prolonged storage, clean the measuring surfaces with a dry, lint-free cloth. Ensure the jaws slide smoothly without any resistance.

5. Arahan Operasi

5.1 Hidupkan/Mati Kuasa

• Tekan ke HIDUP/MATI butang untuk menghidupkan angkup.
• Tekan ke HIDUP/MATI button again to turn the caliper off. The caliper may also automatically shut off after a period of inactivity to conserve battery.

5.2 Penetapan Sifar

To ensure accurate measurements, it is crucial to zero the caliper before use:

1. Close the external measuring jaws completely, ensuring they are clean and free of debris.
2. Tekan ke SIFAR button. The display should now read "0.00" or "0.000".

5.3 Inch/Millimeter Conversion

Tekan ke INCH/MM button to switch between metric (millimeters) and imperial (inches) units of measurement.

• Pengukuran Kedalaman: Place the end of the main beam on the top surface of the object. Extend the depth rod until it touches the bottom of the hole or step. Read the measurement on the digital display.
• Pengukuran Langkah: Place the step measuring face of the fixed jaw on the higher surface of the object. Extend the movable jaw until its step measuring face contacts the lower surface. Read the measurement on the digital display.

For consistent readings, apply light, consistent pressure and ensure the caliper is perpendicular to the surface being measured.

• Wipe all surfaces, especially the measuring faces, with a clean, dry, lint-free cloth after each use.
