4. Arahan Pemasangan
Follow these steps to install your new Plumb Pak PP836-35 Flush Lever:
- Matikan Bekalan Air: Locate the water shut-off valve behind or near the base of the toilet. Turn the valve clockwise until the water supply is completely off.
- Empty Toilet Tank: Flush the toilet to drain most of the water from the tank. Hold the flush handle down until the tank is as empty as possible.
- Remove Old Flush Lever:
- Open the toilet tank lid and set it aside carefully.
- Disconnect the flapper chain or lift rod from the end of the old flush lever arm.
- Unscrew the mounting nut (usually plastic) from the inside of the toilet tank, which secures the old lever. This nut is typically reverse-threaded, so turn it clockwise to loosen.
- Remove the old flush lever from the toilet tank.
- Install New Flush Lever:
- Insert the new Plumb Pak PP836-35 Flush Lever through the hole in the front of the toilet tank.
- From inside the tank, thread the new mounting nut onto the lever shaft. Tighten the nut counter-clockwise (reverse thread) by hand until it is snug. Do not overtighten, as this can crack the tank or the lever.
- Connect Flapper Chain/Rod: Attach the flapper chain or lift rod to the appropriate hole on the end of the new flush lever arm. Ensure there is a slight amount of slack in the chain/rod when the flapper is closed, but not so much that the lever has to be pressed excessively far down to lift the flapper.

5. Operasi
