1. Unscrew the tailcap of the flashlight by turning it counter-clockwise.
2. Insert two (2) 3-volt CR123A lithium batteries into the flashlight body with the positive (+) end facing towards the head of the flashlight.
3. Carefully screw the tailcap back on by turning it clockwise until it is securely tightened. Ensure the O-ring is properly seated to maintain water resistance.
